These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of StrobeTuner ("the App"), developed and operated by Cycling Head Studios ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using StrobeTuner, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
StrobeTuner is a chromatic strobe tuner application for iPhone and Apple Watch. The App uses your device's microphone to detect audio pitch in real time and display tuning information. All audio processing occurs on-device.
StrobeTuner requires access to your device's microphone to function. Audio is processed in real time for pitch detection only. Audio is never recorded, stored, or transmitted. You may revoke microphone access at any time through your device settings, though this will prevent the App from functioning.
StrobeTuner is a consumer tuning application and is not intended as a substitute for professional calibration equipment. While the App strives for high accuracy, tuning results may vary depending on environmental noise, device hardware, and other factors. Use professional equipment when precision calibration is required.
StrobeTuner is suitable for users of all ages. No age restriction applies.
StrobeTuner may offer in-app purchases to unlock additional features. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Cycling Head Studios and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cycling Head Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
